By using MenuGenie you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
The free analysis returns a menu score and a sample of findings. The Pro report ($49, one-time, no subscription) returns a full item-by-item analysis, pricing recommendations, an action plan, and a downloadable PDF. Your Pro report is emailed to you and can be unlocked again at any time with the licence key on your receipt.
MenuGenie gives you a data-informed opinion produced by an AI model applying standard menu engineering method. It is a decision aid, not professional financial, accounting, or legal advice. Revenue figures shown are estimates based on industry benchmarks, not predictions or guarantees — your results depend on your costs, your market, and how you apply the recommendations. Check the recommendations against your own numbers before you change your prices.
Your menu stays yours. By submitting it you give us permission to process it to produce your report, including sending it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy. Your report is yours to use, print, and share inside your business.
Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping of the API, no reselling the reports as your own product, and no attempts to bypass the paywall. We rate-limit requests and may block abuse.
We work to keep MenuGenie available and correct, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
